About Me …

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” (Ephesians 3:20)

Growing up in a pastor’s home in Wyoming, the gospel was often shared with me. When I was 14 years old, the Holy Spirit unveiled my eyes to the truth of the gospel and my need for a Savior. I realized for the first time there was a God who truly loved me and gave His Son to die for me. I turned from my sin, trusted Christ alone for my salvation, and plan to walk His way and serve Him for the rest of my life!

I attended and graduated from Northland International University (B.S. in Education) where I met my husband. I also have a son in college and a daughter attending FBCS this year.

I have had the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings including Christian education, public education, and homeschooling groups. Growing up near the mountains in Wyoming, I enjoy the outdoors immensely and value hands-on learning and experiences. I have a love for children and the craft of teaching, along with the overarching desire to share Christ and His gospel in my classroom.

I’m excited and blessed to be part of FBCS this year, and I’m looking forward to a wonderful year!
